NythyCleaner Pro license and subscription

NythyCleaner Pro runs on a Stripe subscription with no account to create on our website. Try it free for 14 days, then pick the plan that fits. Transfer your license to a new Mac in seconds using your billing email.

Complimentary or manually provisioned license

Some licenses are granted by the NythyCleaner team to partners, creators, or beta testers without going through Stripe Checkout. They give full access to NythyCleaner Pro but have no receipt or billing history in the Stripe portal. That is expected — your Pro access remains fully functional. For any question about your complimentary license, to move it to another Mac, or to request a written confirmation for accounting, reach out to us.

14-day free trial

On first launch, NythyCleaner activates a 14-day local trial — no credit card required. All Pro features are available during the trial. When it expires, scanning and viewing results remain free; only cleanup, deletion, and automation actions require a subscription.

Subscription plans

Four plans: Monthly, Yearly, Family (3 Macs), and a one-time Lifetime license. Payment is secured by Stripe. Subscriptions can be switched or cancelled anytime from the Stripe customer portal or directly in the app (Manage subscription button). The Lifetime plan never renews.

No account to create

No username or password with us. Only the email you used when paying with Stripe can recover the subscription on another Mac — the same address as on your Stripe receipts.

Transfer your license to a new Mac

  1. Open NythyCleaner on the new Mac and go to the Pro offer (paywall).
  2. Under “Already subscribed on another Mac?”, enter your Stripe billing email and request the secure link.
  3. An email arrives with a one-time link (valid 15 minutes). Click it to activate the license on this Mac.
  4. The previous Mac automatically loses activation (one active Mac per subscription).
  5. If unsure, use “Verify subscription” in the paywall to resync.

Billing and cancellation

To update your card, view invoices, or turn off auto-renewal, use the Stripe customer portal. Access it via the link in your purchase email, or via the “Manage subscription” button in the app.

Transfer security

The transfer link is one-time and expires in 15 minutes. Requests are limited to 1 send every 15 minutes per email address. If the link does not work, you can paste the hexadecimal code from the email directly into the app.

Frequently asked questions

I did not receive the transfer email
Check your spam or junk folder. The email is sent even if no subscription is found (for privacy reasons). Make sure you are using exactly the address from your Stripe receipt.
My 14-day trial expired — what happens?
Scanning and viewing results remain free. Pro features (cleanup, deletion, automation) are disabled until you activate a subscription.
Can I use my subscription on multiple Macs?
A subscription is linked to one Mac at a time. Transfer it via the secure link when you switch computers; the previous Mac loses Pro access.
I changed my Stripe email address
Use the original email address (from your first receipt) for the transfer. If you updated your email with Stripe, contact support.
What does “Verify subscription” mean?
This button contacts the server to confirm your subscription is active on this Mac. It is not an App Store restore — NythyCleaner does not use the App Store for payments.
