Your license on a new Mac
You do not need to create an account on this site. Billing is through Stripe; the app only asks for your billing email (the one on your receipt) to link your subscription to a new Mac — no second purchase.
No NythyCleaner sign-up
No username or password to create with us. Only the email you used when paying with Stripe can recover the subscription on another Mac — the same address as on Stripe invoices or receipts.
New Mac or reinstall
- Open NythyCleaner on the new Mac and go to the Pro offer / paywall.
- Enter your Stripe billing email under “Link subscription to this Mac”, then request the secure link sent by email.
- The previous Mac loses activation for that same subscription (one active Mac per subscription in this setup).
- If unsure, use “Restore purchases” after claiming to resync.
Billing and cancellation
To update your card, view invoices, or turn off renewal, use the Stripe customer portal (link from email or “Manage subscription” in the app when you are already subscribed).
Security
The secure link is one-time, usually expires after 15 minutes, and requests are limited to 1 send every 15 minutes per email. If needed, you can paste the manual code included in the email.
